3. Built and finished in our shop
Boxes are cut, assembled, edge-banded and sprayed with catalyzed conversion varnish at the shop under booth ventilation. Nothing gets sanded or sprayed inside your building, so there is no odor and no dust in a shared corridor.

4. One elevator window, then dialed in
We protect the corridor, deliver in sections sized for the lift, and set the run in the reserved window. Hinges and drawer fronts are adjusted after the boxes settle, and we return once more to true everything up.

The drain ties into a vertical stack shared with the units above and below you, and relocating it means opening a post-tensioned slab, which most associations prohibit outright.
