Our Cabinet Services in Pembroke Pines, FL

Custom Kitchen Cabinets
Most kitchens here sit inside a footprint nobody is allowed to change. The sink stays on its riser, the demising wall stays put, and the run is nine or ten feet.

Bathroom Vanities
A condo bathroom is plumbed to a stack you cannot move. The drain lands where it lands, the supply comes off a shared riser, and the vanity gets designed around both.

Closet Systems & Wardrobes
In a mid-rise unit the closet is the entire storage budget. There is no attic, no basement, no garage wall to hang a rack on.

Garage & Utility Storage
Here is the honest version. If you live in an association-governed building, you probably should not buy garage cabinets at all.

Built-Ins & Home Office
The second bedroom is the office in most two-bedroom units, and it has to stay a bedroom when family visits. That double duty, not the cabinetry catalogue, is what sets the design.

Media Walls & Entertainment Centers
A media wall in a stacked building is an acoustics problem wearing furniture. The screen wants to go on the party wall, which is exactly the wall your neighbour sleeps against.

Laundry Cabinets & Utility Closets
Laundry in a condo usually means a stacked washer and dryer in a closet with louvered doors, roughly 32 inches wide. Anything we build has to come back out again, because sooner or later a technician needs the machine free and clear.

Pantry Cabinets & Food Storage
Very few units in this market came with a walk-in pantry. What they came with is a coat closet near the kitchen and a wall the builder gave to a broom cupboard.

Cabinet Refacing & Refinishing
Refacing is often the right answer here, and we say that knowing it is the smaller invoice. Florida's milestone inspection and reserve study rules have left many owners carrying assessments they never planned for, and a full tear-out is rarely the wisest spend that year.

Hardware, Hinges & Pulls
Hardware in a compact kitchen is a geometry problem before it is a taste problem. A 34-inch aisle between two runs is common here, and a pull projecting an inch and a half from each face quietly takes three inches out of the walkway you use daily.

Soft-Close & Pull-Out Systems
Sound travels through structure in a stacked building. A cabinet door slammed at eleven at night in unit 704 is heard in 604, and quiet hours are written into most house rules around here.

Countertops & Slab Work
The slab is the part of this job the building fights hardest. A full quartz slab runs about 126 by 63 inches and weighs several hundred pounds.

Islands & Peninsulas
We talk more owners out of islands than into them, and the reason is arithmetic rather than taste. A ten-foot galley with 24-inch counters on both sides has 72 inches of open floor.

Wine & Bar Cabinets
A wine cooler needs somewhere to send its heat, and an interior condo wall gives it nowhere. That is the whole design problem.

Entryway & Drop-Zone Storage
Condos do not have mudrooms. They have a foyer roughly four feet square with a coat closet, a door swinging into it, and a rule that nothing may sit in the common corridor outside.

Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork
A large share of our commercial work is for the associations themselves. Lobby renovations, mail rooms, clubhouse kitchens, leasing offices and package rooms in buildings where the board is the client and the residents are the ones inconvenienced by the schedule.
Pembroke Pines Elite Custom Cabinets builds custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closet systems, built-ins, countertops and commercial millwork for homes and buildings across South Broward. We work in furniture-grade plywood, white oak, maple and paint-grade poplar, with frameless full-access boxes, dovetail drawer boxes, undermount soft-close slides, six-way adjustable hinges and quartz or porcelain slabs.
A large share of the work here happens inside association-governed buildings, so the schedule matters as much as the drawing. We measure to the plumbing riser, size panels to your service elevator, carry the insurance certificate your board keeps on file, protect the corridor before tools arrive, and spray every finish in our shop so no odor or airborne dust reaches a shared hallway.
Owners in Chapel Trail, Silver Lakes, Pembroke Falls and the neighbourhoods along Pines Boulevard get the same shop-built boxes with far more room to use them: islands, pantry walls, garage storage, laundry cabinetry, media walls and entry drop zones. Residential or commercial, the measured estimate is free, the drawings and finish schedule are yours to keep, and a written workmanship warranty covers every installation we do.
What Pembroke Pines Customers Say
They read our association's rules before quoting and had the insurance certificate to management the same week. Boxes came up knocked down, went in during one elevator window, and the corridor was cleaner than they found it.
I asked for a full kitchen replacement and they measured, checked the boxes, and told me refacing was the better spend. Three days, no dumpster, no water shutoff. The drawers finally close quietly.
Talked me out of an island and drew a peninsula instead, with the aisle dimensions written on the plan so I could see why. It was the right call. The pantry pull-outs alone changed how we cook.
Full closet system, an office wall and a Murphy bed. Everything was built in their shop, arrived in numbered sections, and was scribed to walls that are not remotely straight. Adjustments were done without being asked.

About Pembroke Pines Elite Custom Cabinets in Pembroke Pines, FL
Pembroke Pines Elite Custom Cabinets is a licensed and insured cabinet shop working across Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood, Davie and the rest of South Broward. We design, build and install kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, closet systems, built-ins, countertops and commercial millwork, and we build the boxes ourselves rather than reselling a catalogue.
Most of our jobs sit inside a building with rules. Reserved service elevators, approved work hours, insurance certificates naming the association, posted stack shutoffs and corridors that have to stay clean and clear. We plan around those first, cut and finish everything at the shop, and deliver in sections that fit the lift your building actually has.
There are jobs we will talk you out of. If your boxes are sound plywood and only the doors are tired, we quote refacing instead of replacement. If your galley cannot hold an island with a legal aisle, we say so with a tape measure in hand. And if your association forbids storage in the parking deck, we will not sell you garage cabinets for it.
How It Works
- 1
1. Measure to the riser
We measure the room you actually have, including the plumbing riser, the ceiling deck, the door swings and the aisle width. Then we check what your service elevator and corridor will physically accept before a single panel is cut.
- 2
2. Drawings and the association packet
You get elevations, a finish schedule and a fixed price. Where a board approval is needed we assemble the modification packet with you, including the insurance certificate, the license copy and the work-hour plan management will ask for.
- 3
3. Built and finished in our shop
Boxes are cut, assembled, edge-banded and sprayed with catalyzed conversion varnish at the shop under booth ventilation. Nothing gets sanded or sprayed inside your building, so there is no odor and no dust in a shared corridor.
- 4
4. One elevator window, then dialed in
We protect the corridor, deliver in sections sized for the lift, and set the run in the reserved window. Hinges and drawer fronts are adjusted after the boxes settle, and we return once more to true everything up.

Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork for Broward Associations and Offices
A large share of our commercial work is done for condominium and homeowner associations: lobby renovations, package and mail rooms, clubhouse kitchens, leasing offices and fitness-room casework. The board is the client, the residents are the ones inconvenienced, and the schedule is judged as harshly as the joinery.
We submit certificates of insurance naming the association as additional insured, work strictly inside approved hours, protect corridors and elevator cabs before tools arrive, and stage deliveries so the service lift is free when residents need it.
Offices, medical suites and retail spaces along Pines Boulevard and the Memorial Hospital West corridor get the same shop-built approach with commercial-grade materials: high-pressure laminate on high-traffic surfaces, fire-rated substrate where the drawings require it, and transaction counters set at accessible heights.
- ✓Lobby, mail room and package room casework
- ✓Clubhouse and amenity kitchens
- ✓Reception desks with accessible transaction counters
- ✓Medical and dental office casework
- ✓Break room and file storage millwork
- ✓High-pressure laminate and fire-rated substrates
- ✓Certificates of insurance naming the association
- ✓Phased installs so amenities stay partly open

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle the association approval paperwork for a condo kitchen?
We do it with you rather than for you, because the modification agreement has to be signed by the unit owner. We supply the license copy, the certificate of insurance naming the association as additional insured, a work-hour plan, the corridor protection plan and a scope description the board can read without a translator. Most Broward boards approve a complete first submission. Incomplete ones sit until the next meeting, which is usually a month.
How do you get cabinets and countertops into a building with one small service elevator?
We size the work to the lift. Cabinet boxes are built to be delivered knocked down and assembled in your unit, so nothing has to make a corridor turn fully built. For countertops, we plan seams so no piece exceeds what the elevator car and its diagonal will take, and we will recommend twelve-millimetre porcelain over three-centimetre quartz where weight and sheet size make it the more practical material.
Can you move the kitchen sink in a condominium unit?
Usually not, and anyone who says otherwise should be asked how. The drain ties into a vertical stack shared with the units above and below you, and relocating it means opening a post-tensioned slab, which most associations prohibit outright. We design around the existing rough-in instead, which is why the cabinet layout gets planned from the plumbing outward rather than from a showroom photograph inward.
Should I reface my kitchen or replace the cabinets?
Reface if the boxes are plywood, still square, and the deck under the sink is firm. You keep the structure, skip the demolition debris and the dumpster permit, avoid a stack shutoff, and get a finished kitchen in two to three days. Replace if the particleboard has swelled, the face frames have racked, or the layout genuinely does not work. We run that check on site and give you the answer in writing.
How long will my kitchen be out of service?
A refacing job takes two to three working days inside approved hours. A full replacement in a condominium normally runs one to two weeks from demolition to final adjustment, plus ten to fourteen days between countertop template and installation, because the slab is templated only after the boxes are set and levelled. We hand you a dated schedule at contract so you can plan meals and travel around it.
Do you work on single-family homes in Pembroke Pines as well as condos?
Yes, and roughly half our work is single-family. Chapel Trail, Silver Lakes, Pembroke Falls and the neighbourhoods along Pines Boulevard have real kitchen footprints, so islands, pantry walls, garage storage and entry lockers all become possible. The construction is identical to what we put in a tower. What changes is that we can anchor into stud walls, park closer, and work without booking an elevator.
